Shipping destinations and cost

Free standard shipping is available to eligible US delivery addresses accepted by checkout. Enter the complete delivery address at checkout to confirm service and available options. We do not offer international shipping unless checkout expressly presents an international option.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, carrier transit usually takes 3–6 business days. The typical combined estimate is about 4–8 business days from order placement. These estimates exclude weekends and public holidays and are not guaranteed; carrier conditions, weather, high volume, or an address issue may affect delivery.

We provide tracking with shipment information when it is available. If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears missing, or delivery is marked complete but you cannot locate it, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and delivery address.

Address changes and order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction or you wish to cancel. We can request a change or cancellation before an order is processed for shipment, but cannot guarantee it after processing or dispatch. Check the address and order details before submitting checkout.

Shipping delays

If we learn that we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you within the time required by law and provide a revised shipping date when we can reasonably estimate one. You may consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. We will not treat silence as consent where the law requires an express choice.

Returns

Approved returns are shipped at no cost to you using a prepaid label or equivalent method we provide. Read the Refund and Returns Policy and wait for approval before shipping an item.
