Where we ship

This shipping policy covers orders shipped to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days. Standard carrier transit usually takes 3–6 business days after processing, for a typical total of 5–8 business days from order processing to delivery. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier conditions, weather, address issues, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If a delivery is delayed or appears to be missing, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking information is available, it will be provided with the shipment notice or order information. If you need help locating a shipment, contact us through the Contact Us page. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; we can request a change only before the order has been processed for shipment.
